Retreats
Twice a year, the Presbytery offers an opportunity to gather in a retreat setting. At the beginning of March, the entire Presbytery is invited to a Bay/Beach Retreat with a program designed to encourage us in mission and ministry.
In the fall, pastoral leaders are invited to a retreat for a time of renewal and refreshing.

Fearless Dialogues

The 2024 Bay Retreat will be held Friday, 2/28 through Saturday, 3/1/2024 at the
Hyatt Place, 1301 Coastal Highway,
Dewey Beach, DE 19971!

​Fearless Dialogues will lead the program, creating unique spaces for hard, heartfelt conversations between unlikely partners that see gifts in people, hear values in stories and work toward transformation and change in self and others.

Pastors Retreat
The 2024 Pastors Retreat will be Sunday evening through Tuesday noon, October 20-23 at the Double Tree by Hilton Ocean City Oceanfront.

What does baking have to do with leading change? New Castle Presbytery Pastors serving churches/ministries are invited to register for this year's retreat.
How is the process of combining ingredients to create a loaf of bread similar to the work of pastoring a church? This year's Pastors Retreat will have us both experiencing the process of baking good things to share and eat and talking about those very questions. Come for some fun, yummy food, fantastic fellowship, and even some insight and support for your ministry.
