Trustees & Financial Resources

Trustees and Financial Resources Commission are a board elected at the annual meeting of the Presbytery (the Corporation) with legal status and powers of incorporation granted under the laws of the States of Delaware and Maryland and should there be conflict, the laws of the State of Delaware shall prevail. The Trustees organization, duties and powers are enumerated in Appendix B of The Manual.
